Chapel of Saint Anthony
Chapter 6/7 · Cangas de Onís
We reach the Chapel of Saint Anthony, in Cangas de Arriba. The Town Hall says it dates from the 16th century and was remodelled in the 19th. It has a porticoed atrium and is surrounded by oak trees.
Inside is the image of Saint Anthony, patron of Cangas de Onís. The patronal feast is held on the 13th of June.
We now return to the tourist office, closing the circle.
